Do you manufacture all the games on your site?

Yes. We do all of our own in house manufacturing.

Do you custom build games for customers?

We do not manufacture custom games for customers, however we do
offer custom graphics at an additional fee.

Can I get custom graphics on my games?

We do offer custom graphics for most of our games.

Here are the requirements:


All logos and artwork must be submitted in Adobe Illustrator  “.ai ” vector format to maintain image quality when enlarging. We do not accept .jpeg format.

Price & Printing

Custom printing fees are approximately $.15 – $.25 per square inch depending on the size of the graphic. We use a CMYK printing process. While we make every effort to maintain the quality and colors of your logo or artwork, a variation in colors can occur.

Production Time

Once your logo or artwork is received, we will create and send you a mock up of your game for your approval. After the mock up is approved, please allow 2 weeks production time for your game to be completed.

How long does it take to get an item I ordered online as a backorder?

If you placed an order online for an item that was listed as “Available on Backorder” , the usual production time is 2 weeks plus shipping time. However, it is possible we have already started to manufacture that item and you might get it sooner. This applies to primarily games and mirrors. Items listed as “Out of Stock” may not be available in the same time frame. For “Out of Stock” items lead times, please call.

Do you ship COD?

We do not ship COD.

No we do not rent

Do you offer discounts to non-profit organizations?

Never a simple answer….. We do not offer discounts to individual organization or persons.  It would be impossible for us to keep track of discounts with our large customer base. However, having said that, we do run weekly and monthly specials all the time.

How do you find out about these specials?.. Simple…. Just sign up for
Our Newsletter. This will keep you up to date with the latest sales and special offers. If you get tired of getting emails you can always unsubscribe and join again at a later date when your in the market again.

Do you have a minimum order?

Our minimum order for shipping is $50. A $10 service charge will be added to orders less than $50 in product. The service charge will be totaled in with the shipping charges. We sell our merchandise in multiples of the minimum quantity shown.

Do you accept School Purchase Orders?

YES we do, but only schools – as long as you can pay us within 30 days of placing your order, and we ship directly to your school! Simply email your Purchase Order to us at sales@carnivaldepot.com. Please include SKU numbers when available.  We do not accept PO’s sent via fax.

Schools ordering with a Purchase Order do not qualify for any online sales or special offers. This is due to the time sensitivity of each sale or promotion. To qualify for sale pricing or special promotions all order must be prepaid before shipping.

Can I get a W-9 form from your company?

No, we do not fill out W-9 forms.  The IRS requires W-9 forms for independent contractors that are sole proprietors or LLC’s. We are none of those. We are a manufacturer as well as a corporation and are exempt from W-9 and 1099 forms from the IRS. We value our Federal ID number in the same way an individual values his or her Social Security number. In a world of cyber theft we only give out that information when required to and in accordance with Federal Law.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Orders shipped out of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are not subject
to sales tax. Orders shipped within the Commonwealth are charged  sales
tax unless a PA REV:1220 tax form is provided. Organizations that qualify can email the forms to sales@carnivaldepot.com

How do I place an order?

Online Ordering-  Enter your quantity and click “Add to Cart” (please note we do not sell less than the minimum quantity if shown). When you are finished ordering click on “Check Out”. You will be asked for information for shipping purposes.

How quickly do you process orders?

Online orders ship the same day of receipt of the order if received by 2:00 pm.  Phoned in orders ship the same day of receipt of the order if received by 12:00 pm. This applies to items that are in stock at the time you place your order. If you have a specific time you need your order please call us at 570-461-3000 and we will make every effort to get your order to you when you need it.

Do I have to log-in to order?

You do not have to “Log-In” to search and order from our site, but you will need to enter your billing and shipping information to place an order or save your shopping cart. If you have previously created an online account, you can log-in and your billing and shipping information will be displayed. If you need to change your information you can do that when the information comes up for your order. For security reasons we do not save your credit card information.

What are your shipping charges?

We have a built in shipping calculator in our Shopping Cart. Add the items to your cart and enter the destination zip code and click “calculate shipping”. You will receive real time shipping charges based on the weight and dimensions of the products in your shopping cart. From there you will be able to select your  shipping options. Ex…. Ground, 3 Day Select. 2nd Day, Overnight, etc. This is a great way to get a quick shipping quote if your browsing our site during non business hours.

I noticed some of your games are expensive to ship.

Keep in mind our games are manufactured for the carnival industry and some are very large and heavy. They are not small toy games that you will find on Amazon or Ebay. Although we do try to manufacture our games to break down for shipping to reduce cost, it is not always possible for all games to be built that way

Here are a couple of options to reduce shipping cost for games and other large items

  1. Try to order games or mirrors that are not marked “Ships in Oversized Box” or “Ships in 2 Boxes”.  I know this will be difficult because a lot of our coolest games are very large.

Examples of items that are expensive to ship:

  • Large Games
  • 6′ Funhouse Mirrors
  • Bushel Baskets(Oversized Box)
  • Cases of plastic ivy bowls
  1. If ordering multiple games or mirrors totaling over 200 pounds give us a call to get a LTL truck  shipping rate rather than using UPS. In many case this can be a cheaper alternative because multiple games can be shipped on a single pallet rather than individual packages, as in the case of UPS.  Not all shipping location meet the criteria for an LTL shipment.

Can I ship by another carrier than UPS?

  • If you provide us with your account information, we can ship by your choice of shipping carriers.
  • A handling fee of $5 is added to any packages shipped by any other carrier then our own.
  • If you are using an LTL truck carrier we charge a $25.00 fee for each pallet needed to prepare your order.
  • We do not use USPS for any domestic service. Only APO’s, FPO’s and International shipments.
  • Orders to APO’s and FPO’s are shipped by Priority Military Mail.
  • Orders outside the contiguous U.S. are shipped by UPS Worldship or USPS Priority Mail. We can also use a freight forwarding company for large orders. Pallet charges apply for order going through a freight forwarder. If you have your own freight forwarder let us know when placing your order.

Can I pick up my order?

You are always welcome to pick-up your order at our location. Keep in mind we are not a retail store, we are a manufacturer. Let us know what day and time you will be in to pick-up your order during our regular business hours and we will have it ready for you. You must place your order over the phone and at least 24 hours advanced notice for pickups and to confirm stock. You can call us 570-461-3000 to place your order.

How can I track my shipment?

If you provided your e-mail address with your order, you will automatically receive e-mail notification when your order is shipped by UPS. This email will come from UPS, not us. If you don’t receive an email notification please check your spam folder, otherwise give us a call.  If your order is shipped by any other method, if there is tracking information available, we will forward it to you via e-mail. If you have not provided us with your e-mail address you will need to contact us by phone for tracking information.

How do I return an item?

Do you have a print catalog you can mail to me?

We only have a printed Game and Supply catalog. We do not have a printed catalog on any other products.
