Returns

Returns:   We will only accept merchandise in it’s original packaging and condition, with a return authorization number. Our Carnival Games and Signs are not returnable. All games must be inspected immediately. There are no returns are electrical pumps or devices. Any damage to games must be reported to us within 24 hrs of receiving shipment. There are no returns on closeout items.  Please note: Freight charges for all returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Refused or deliverable shipments will be subject to return freight charges. On returns, a restocking fee of 25% will also be assessed. Absolutely no returns after 30 days of receipt of your order. If a package is delivered in a visibly damaged condition, or if you received less than the number of packages stated on the delivery log, please inform the driver to make note of such damage or shortage on the delivery log and immediately contact Carnival Depot. Failure to do this may result in a loss of claim with the delivery company.

Carnival Depot will not complete a W-9 form. Carnival Depot is a manufacturer as well as a corporation and is not required by federal law to complete such form for purchases. Purchaser agrees to pay invoices without the completion of a W-9 form.
