This commercial machine is constructed from heavy grade aluminum to ensure long-lasting durability.  ​​The polycarbonate NSF food grade approved plastic ice tub made by Rubbermaid and easily slides in and out from underneath the ice shaver, and is virtually indestructible.  Includes a serving scoop.
