Prices are those at time of shipping. 4 - It is an exception when we cannot make immediate shipment - but it does happen. Normal processing may take up to 2-3 business days depending on season. Normal shipping may take 5-7 business days to arrive once your order ships. On occasions, we must wait on a new factory shipment of stock. Also, we cannot guarantee the time required for mail service truck service on freight shipments to your city. Therefore, we do stress that you advise us of your need date and that you place orders early - 2 to 3 weeks before needed. If possible, allow thirty days for delivery so that we can comply with your requirements. **Items marked for free shipping will ship out UPS Ground Service to the lower 48 U.S. states only. We use USPS Express and Priority for shipping to APO/FPO Shipments to Canada Customer from Canada that order supplies and prizes will be shipped via USPS International Express Mail. Orders for wood Carnival Games can only ship via truck shipment and must be phoned in. 5 - EXPRESS shipping is available for an added fee (see shopping cart). Rush Express orders will be shipped the same day if phoned in prior to 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time to 1-570-879-8794. . 6 - Methods of Payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Prepay check , Money Order or Paypal. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s. We do not accept Purchase Orders. 7 - Returns: Authorization for returns must be made to our Customer Service Department within 10 days of receipt of your order. We will only accept merchandise in it's original packaging and condition, with a return authorization number. Our wooden Carnival Games are not returnable. All games must be inspected immediately. Any damage to games must be reported to us within 24hrs of receiving shipment. There are no returns on closeout items. Please note: Freight charges for all returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to return freight charges. On returns, a restocking fee of 25% will also be assessed. Absolutely no returns after 30 days of receipt of your order. If a package is delivered in a visibly damaged condition, or if you received less than the number of packages stated on the delivery log, please inform the driver to make note of such damage or shortage on the delivery log and immediately contact Carnival Depot. Failure to do this may result in a loss of claim with the delivery company. |
