| Terms & Shipping The minimum for an online order is $50, though you may still process your order if it does not meet the minimum requirements for a $10 service charge. 1 - All prices are FOB our warehouse. See shipping charges on shopping cart. We can supply customers with a quote for truck shipments on large orders. Prices subject to change without notice. 2 - We reserve the right to improve design and specifications. 3 - All prices on this website and in our catalog are based on conditions prevailing at the time of printing and are subject to change. Prices are those at time of shipping. 4 - All orders placed online before 3:00pm EST will ship the same day as long as all the items are in stock. We reserve the right to send out partial shipments. It is an exception when we cannot make immediate shipment - but it does happen. On occasions, we must wait on a new factory shipment of stock. Also, we cannot guarantee the time required for truck service on freight shipments to your city. Therefore, we do stress that you advise us of your needed by date and that you place orders early - 2 to 3 weeks before needed. You can contact our customer service department at sales@carnivaldepot.com with your needed by date and we will get back to you as soon as possible. **Items marked for free shipping will ship out UPS Ground Service to the lower 48 U.S. states only. We use USPS Express for shipping to APO/FPO's Shipments to Canada All Canadian orders must be phoned in. Customers from Canada ordering supplies and prizes can have there orders shipped via UPS Orders for wood Carnival Games can only ship via truck. International Orders All international orders must be phoned in or done via email. International orders cannot be processed on our website. With the exception of Canada all order must be paid via wire transfer. A $75.00 wire transfer fee will be added to each order. If you do not wish to use UPS Worldship we will be glad to ship your items to a freight forwarder of your choice located here in the U.S. We can ship either UPS or LTL to your freight forwarder. 5 - EXPRESS shipping is available for an added fee (see shopping cart). 6 - Methods of Payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Prepay check , Money Order, Wire Transfer or Paypal. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s. We do not accept Purchase Orders. 7 - Returns: Authorization for returns must be made to our Customer Service Department within 10 days of receipt of your order. We will only accept merchandise in it's original packaging and condition, with a return authorization number. Our wooden Carnival Games are not returnable. All games must be inspected immediately. There are no returns are electrical pumps or devices. Any damage to games must be reported to us within 24hrs of receiving shipment. There are no returns on closeout items. Please note: Freight charges for all returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to return freight charges. On returns, a restocking fee of 25% will also be assessed. Absolutely no returns after 30 days of receipt of your order. If a package is delivered in a visibly damaged condition, or if you received less than the number of packages stated on the delivery log, please inform the driver to make note of such damage or shortage on the delivery log and immediately contact Carnival Depot. Failure to do this may result in a loss of claim with the delivery company. |
